manifesto
of the
four elements
At the heart of this manifesto lie 4 fundamental elements:

These are not abstract concepts, but living principles.
Each element has its own character, yet none exists in isolation. They support and reinforce one another, forming a dynamic system rooted in connection, meaning, and vitality.
Each of these four elements is encircled by a line with no beginning and no end – the ETERNAL CIRCLE. It represents timelessness and the infinite. The circle reminds us that the principles symbolised within are universal. It frames the elements and connects them.
A unifying element of all four elements is the OPEN EYE, symbolised by points. It is not an element in itself, but a connecting thread, a quiet presence of perception and awareness. It appears in each of the four symbols and stands for qualities that bring every element to life:
1. Perception without prejudice
The eye sees without immediately judging. It perceives what others overlook. It is receptive and mindful.
2. Awareness and self-reflection
It looks not only outward, but inward at thoughts, emotions, and own actions.
3. Curiosity and the pursuit of insight
It seeks to understand, is open to new perspectives, and breaks through mental constraints.
The open eye is a silent companion, it is watchful, reflective and connecting.

FRIENDSHIP
Friendship is the first element. It is symbolised by three upright columns, each topped with a point that will later form the open eye.
THE TRINITY OF FRIENDSHIP
1. Trust
The belief in the reliability and integrity of the other. Without trust, no deep connection can grow.
2. Appreciation
Honest recognition of another’s uniqueness. Differences are not merely accepted but seen as enriching one’s own self.
3. Commitment
The willingness to invest time and energy. To be there for one another.
These three foundations of friendship are inseparable: Without trust, there can be no true appreciation. Without appreciation there is no lasting commitment. And without commitment, trust cannot deepen.
Together, they form the space in which friendship thrives – as something greater than the sum of its parts.

Community
Community is represented by two intersecting forks.
One opening upwards, the other downwards: Action and reaction in unidirectional manner.
This symbol stands for exchange, mutual influence, and diversity within the group.
At the tips of the forks two points of friendship appear once again. The third point, however, has already opened at the centre – where the open eye appears for the first time.
Community is the place where individual meaning meets collective strength. It is not about uniformity, but about connection in diversity.
Where paths and energies intersect, a shared field arises: a living network of inspiration and support.

CREATIVITY
Where friendship and community intertwine, creativity unfolds.
Its symbol is a triangle, the classical shape of trinity – with the open eye at its centre.
THE TRINITY OF CREATIVITY
1. Inspiration
Taking in external impressions, emotions, dreams, and coincidences. Creativity always begins with input.
2. Transformation
The inner processing of these fragments through thoughts and associations. Something new emerges.
3. Expression
The act of creation. The idea becomes a work.
The open eye at the centre of the triangle stands for the alert, impartial awareness that enables creativity. It observes, combines, creates.
Creativity is a continuous flow, inexhaustible and everchanging.

ELIBRION
Elibrion is the most encompassing of the four elements.
It is not merely the result of the others – it is the field that surrounds them and the energy that permeates them.
Elibrion is the sense of aliveness that arises when all the other elements are in harmony. And more: it exists as an energetic current, independent and universal.
Its symbol shows a downwardfacing, ‘giving’ trident formed from the trinity of friendship, community, and creativity. At its centre lies the open eye, now a point of stillness. It represents the immortal essence of elibrionic energy.
Two concentric rings surround this centre: The inner ring stands for the mental sphere (perception, clarity, awareness), the outer ring represents the embodied experience (joy, desire, fulfillment, happiness).
Elibrion is both: origin and goal. It can be felt, nourished, and shared.
It is the great pulse of life, moving within, manifesting without.
Interplay of the four elements
Together, the four elements form a living system of meaning, presence, and creative motion, connected through the open eye, framed by the eternal circles.
They invite us to live with trust, shape community, act creatively, and experience life in all its fullness.
